We do not treat clients who have had reconstructive surgery on they nose, this is due to the vessels possibly being positioned differently after reconstruction, making it a greater risk for vessel occlusion to take place.
We cannot reduce the width of a nose using dermal filler. This treatment is only suitable for clients that would like to smoothen out the midline of the nose.
Some clients may require a top up on their nose. We offer this at a discounted rate 1 month after the initial treatment.
Results of this treatment are instant, although there will be some swelling, redness and bruising that are common appearing immediately after treatment. This can sometimes obstruct the true result of the nose which can be seen once swelling has subsided roughly 2 weeks after treatment.
All dermal fillers we use are temporary and are composed of Hyaluronic Acid a naturally occurring sugar molecule that is within our bodies. Dermal fillers come in different consistencies from thinner to thicker fillers. When we are creating structure and simulating the bone we use a denser filler than what we would use for other ares of the face, such as the lips and tear trough.
Dermal filler for the nose usually lasts roughly 6-15 months but varies on many different some factors including:. How much filler is used / The clients ability to break down filler / Exercise, smoking and excessive exercise.
